Answers to the most important questions about Spatzenschule Melbourne
Contact UsSpatzenschule is designed for children with solid German language skills – usually from German-speaking families. The Sparrows Program is for Prep to Year 6 (ages 5–12), the Falcons Program for Year 7–12.
Admission follows a short assessment by our teaching team. For the Falcons Program, Goethe A2 or completion of a native speaker primary school program is required.
Classes are held at Toorak Primary School – close to Toorak Station, Hawksburn Station and tram routes 58 and 72.
The Sparrows Program runs on Mondays and/or Thursdays (1:00–3:30 pm or 3:30–5:00 pm). The Falcons Program runs on Mondays from 5:00–6:30 pm.
No, enrolment at Toorak Primary School is not a requirement – the school zoning has never been an obstacle. We welcome children from all over Melbourne.
